How might we build, maintain, and grow a vibrant XQ community of high school students, educators, administrators, and policy makers?
The Outcome
A community playbook co-created with a design council of XQ community members who are passionate about rethinking high school in their communities and beyond. The playbook embodies a practical and heartfelt guide to cultivating a vibrant community at XQ. Whether starting an online forum, hosting events and activations across the country, or hosting an open innovation challenge, the playbook provides foundational insights, community principles, and strategic approach for creating products, experiences and activations, high schoolers want and need.
